Paper Prints Policy

The Holistic Journal of Multidisciplinary Research Innovation (HJMRI) is committed to promoting sustainable and environmentally responsible publishing practices. As part of our dedication to accessibility and the reduction of environmental impact, we primarily focus on digital dissemination of all articles. However, we understand that certain instances may require physical prints, and we have established a clear policy regarding the availability of paper prints.

Key Components of the Paper Prints Policy:

  1. Digital-First Publication
All content published in HJMRI is made available online immediately upon acceptance and publication. The digital version is the primary means of accessing the journal’s content. All articles are freely accessible to ensure wide reach and to support open access in the global academic community.

  2. Requests for Paper Prints
Paper prints of published articles or entire issues are available upon request. These requests can be made by authors, institutions, libraries, or any other individuals requiring hard copies of the published material. Requests should be sent to the journal’s editorial team with details regarding the specific article(s) or issue(s) desired.

  3. Limited Availability
Paper prints are not automatically provided with the publication of articles. Due to the journal's commitment to sustainability, physical copies are produced only when specifically requested. The journal does not print and distribute copies as a default; only selective prints are available based on individual requests.

  4. Printing Charges
A nominal fee may be charged for paper prints to cover printing and shipping costs. The fee will depend on factors such as the number of copies requested, the geographic location for delivery, and any additional administrative costs. Authors may be eligible for discounts or complimentary prints, particularly for their own published articles.

  5. Sustainability Commitment
In alignment with HJMRI’s commitment to environmental sustainability, we encourage digital access over paper prints. Authors and readers are strongly encouraged to share articles electronically whenever possible to minimize the environmental footprint associated with paper production and distribution.

  6. Print Quality
Paper prints will be produced using high-quality, environmentally conscious materials. The journal ensures that the printed copies maintain the professional quality of the digital version, including the proper formatting, graphics, and images.

  7. Distribution and Delivery
Paper prints will be delivered via standard postal services. The journal will work to ensure timely delivery, but the specific timeframes for delivery will depend on the location of the recipient. The journal will provide tracking information for any printed materials sent.

  8. Author's Copies
As part of the journal’s policies, authors may receive complimentary copies of their published article in print, subject to availability and within the framework of the paper print policy. Additional copies may be available for purchase at a discounted rate.

  9. No Paper Prints for Review Versions
It is important to note that paper prints are not provided for articles under review or in the initial submission stages. Printed copies are only made available for finalized, published content.
