Institutional Assistance: HJMRI receives partial operational or administrative support from affiliated academic institutions associated with the journal’s editorial board, ensuring smooth workflow management.

Voluntary Academic Sponsorships: Contributions from scholarly partners, research organizations, or academic bodies are occasionally accepted to enhance the journal’s open-access goals and research outreach programs.

Print Subscription Revenue: Income generated through optional print subscriptions supports the cost of physical printing and distribution.
HJMRI is committed to maintaining high ethical standards and does not accept commercial advertising or funding that may influence editorial decisions or compromise research neutrality.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

This charge includes the cost of editorial review, plagiarism screening, peer-review management, layout formatting, DOI registration, and online hosting of the manuscript.
Submission Fee

No submission fee is required when authors upload their manuscripts through the OJS system.
Optional Print Copies

Cost per Print Copy: PKR 2,000 / USD 10
Hard copies are available upon request and are optional for authors.
Optional Fast-Track Review Service

Fast-Track Fee: PKR 10,000 / USD 40
This service ensures an expedited evaluation process, providing an initial editorial decision within 7–10 working days.
(Note: Fast-track review speeds up processing time but does not assure acceptance.)
3. Waiver & Discount Policy
In line with HJMRI’s commitment to accessible scholarly publishing, the journal offers the following support programs:

50% APC discount for student authors, upon submission of valid academic identification.

Complete or partial waivers for authors from low-income regions or those without research funding (considered upon formal request).
